Convenient & excellent location. Can't open the windows because outside very loud.

Well, it was relatively inexpensive, but, quite frankly, considering how lousy the place is, I suggest you swallow the bitter pill and look for a place which may be a tad more expensive, but that gives you a better value for your money. Staying here is not worth the 15€ per night you might save. The bathroom did look clean, which is a positive. The back entrance door had a completely shattered glass pane, which was "repaired" with a mass of duct tape. There is an elevator, but you can't take it to the first floor, where the lobby is, because it is almost always empty. For whatever reason, you can't take it to the top floor either, so you'll have to take the steps, luggage included. The room where I stayed, the carpet was absolutely nasty. Cigarrette marks all over, and it looked absolutely filthy. I stayed in May, which is springtime, but actually, quite cold. The central heating was turned off, so be prepared. There was not even a water boiler in the room (I travel a lot, and frankly, it was the only hotel I've ever seen where they would charge you an extra to have kitchen appliances). The bed coverings were clearly used past their due date… In short, I suggest you stay elsewhere.

Lift was not accessible from the ground floor, one bed sofa was broken, beds were not comfortable. You cannot reach the hotel by car, address on booking.com was not correct so we needed to spend more that an hour to find the right address.

The person on duty on 11.04 at 21:00-21:30 didn't want to let me in claiming I was late even though I had 1/2 hour before latest check-in (documented), said his job wasn't to let people in as a receptionist!, and hung on my face! I could sleep in a room I paid for only after threatening them to call the police. Unspeakable rudeness and unprofessionalism. And on top of such disgusting behavior, their bathoom was stinking (with no apparent filth around, probably the plumbing needs attention) and towels were dirty!

We are 5 Family 8 6 and 1 years old But we are not Happy because the kids bad was not good out ander the Bad also the floor very dirty and very important things please pick up the breakfast picture because we saw it the breakfast picture that's why we rented the hotels when arrived there the breakfast is not for us and normally free breakfast. But too much money paid . And for kids bad also 55 € extra we paid . stete Tax without receipt paid. unbelievable too much for three nights so think about it for that matter only location is best we are so sorry ., ????? Only location.

Location was really nice Paid extra to use the kitchen, but refrigerator didn’t work . There is a reception but no staff, there was a number and an email we could contact, but they didn’t reply to sms, mail or phone calls..
