It was good, with plenty of choices. However, not everything was filled (for example juices), and it took time for them to be available. As there were only a few people in the room for breakfast, this is not quite acceptable. N/A

Upon arrival I was upgraded to a better and more spacious room. The room was very clean, fully renovated and had a very convenient bed and many windows. The breakfast was tasty and delicious, of a continental type. Because of a hot weather, it was hot in the room and the available fan was not very helpful. My room faced the street and thus noisy.

Everything was fine. Perfect stay for some days. We got a big room, breakfast was good, location is also good, centre is reachable by train in 20-25min. Not to mention the personnel who was very friendly.

Clean room. Looked as in pictures. Comfortable bed. Close to S line. There are repairs ongoing on the floor I stayed. To get to the room I was passing through piled up construction materials and dust everywhere. Construction noise little after 8 in the morning, even on Saturday.

On Saturday morning at 7AM started construction works in next room! We weren't informed about it in advance. Horrible noise...

The hotel location was superb, by 5 min walking you would reach the station, and take the train line to Hamburg. The hotel staff was very helpful. Also they upgraded us to a room with a balcony, which was super nice. And the room was clean. Parking is available for 5 euros per day. The room was a bit cold during the night. And the TV only has German channels, I'd expect at least 2-3 international channels as well.
