Very cozy and nice

Very clean. Staffs are friendly. But I had a wifi issues not suggested for work-travel. The owner of the hotel seems like my phone had an issue not their wifi. Well It worked perfectly fine at Hyatt in Cologne, It’s iphone air the most recent model. I would’ve checked and work on better wifi connection instead of not trusting customers

Everything was perfect, I can definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Hamburg

Very spacious and clean room, close to Harburg trainstation. Good value for money in case you're staying just one night and continue your journey through Harburg station. Rooms are not very isolated from sound. We could easily hear people in the room next door. The beds were not super comfortable, but it was acceptable for one night.

The room had signs of late reparations, they could be finished with a few minutes of painting.

Far away from the city but has affordable prices and clean which is perfect for solo travel on a budget

The room was clean and newly renovated, some renovation was still to do. A little disapointed about the variety of breakfast, but it was still good.

The hotel is very close to the S-bahn station and easily reachable. It is a small, cosy, family ran hotel where I felt very pleasant and calm. It is also quiet and I could get a very nice rest in the evening. The breakfast is very good! I liked everything. Just the street the hotel is in, is a bit dark at night.

Helpful staff, close to public transport, comfortable beds. No shutters on the windows facing the road.

Location and the staff. The sheets when we checked in had a blood stain on it. Thankfully, they changed it the following day upon our request, but it was a god awful experience to see it and have to sleep in it for the first night since we checked into the room using their lockbox system!

A cosy hotel on a few minutes distance from the Harburg Rathaus S-bahn station, within walking distance of all the amenities in town so ideally located for city trips to Hamburg itself. Nice room, great shower! Lots of breakfast options. Overall good experience, and great choice for business travellers looking for no-nonsense accommodation. The pillow was somewhat uncomfortable.

Friendly reception staff. Room very clean and tidy, it was made up for my second night. Reasonable price for Hamburg area, which is very expensive. Double glazing effective. All good. A fan/aircon pod would've been welcome. as it was quite warm.
