Close to train. The shower was very good Breakfast fine Very noisy. There was an equally noisy fan provided but it was a consistent sound for sleep

Great location, close to Altona train station, shops and restaurants. Large and comfortable room. Very helpful staff. Excellent bicycle storage in a large, locked shed in the carpark.

I have arrived late (1am) and the check-in was no problem. The hotel is so close to the railway station that it took me only 5 mins walking to get there. It offers a locked up space to store a bicycle, which is a big plus for a hotel in the city. The room was correct for the hotel category it is. The breakfast similar. The hotel staff was accommodating and helpful. I find the room rate really pricey. I booked the a fully flexible rate so I expected it, but for a 3 star hotel it hurt.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ We stayed one night at the Best Western Raphael Hotel Altona and overall everything was very good. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the location convenient for exploring Hamburg. Check-in and check-out were smooth and uncomplicated. Two small things could improve the stay further: the room was missing a cosmetic/makeup mirror in the bathroom, and a Smart TV with streaming options would be a nice modern addition.
