Amazing location, immediately at the Altona train station. Helpful staff, very good breakfast, big room with comfortable beds. Very clean. Can't think of anything.

My wife and I were greeted quite late in the evening on arrival at 22:00 with a very warm and friendly welcome and were given two digital keys. Directly opposite was Köz Urfa - great Turkish restaurant. All excellent - Thank you to all the lovely staff here!

Clean and very convenient for Hamburg Altona station. The entranceway tight by the station doesn’t feel very welcoming but it’s fine for a convenient stay.

Great location for Hamburg travellers. Close to all the place and bit more cozy compare to Main station area. Can feel local life and great for shopping the local things. The place is next to the station, bit of noise in the morning time with huge trains.

The guy reception at night is good..he is calm and seems kind. BED BAGS! be aware. Plus security breach, they gave me a key card and someone was sleeping inside. Sent an email to them about this tthey refunded the 1 night stay and standard email. They ignored the security issue. Gave me a key card at 1230am only to find someone is sleeping inside. Currently reporting this issue to appropriate authorities.

Wonderful location, very helpful staff, clean rooms. Lot of restaurants in walking distance, shoping area around. Main bus stop and Altona railway station beside hotel. Would be a great idea if they can outsource shettle service to Messe Exhibition hall 2 to 3 trips in morning to hall and 2 to 3 in evening to hotel. They can charge back to guests it will help visitos alot who come for WTCE exhibition
