The hotel located in the heart of Reeperbahn, so don't expect that it will be quiet at night. In spite of that the room is very cosy, comfy bed, good blackout curtains. For the breakfast you can choose the hot dish and it's made for you. not full nose isolation in the room, you can hear club music and people from the downstairs.

Room was clean and large, location spot on Reeperbahn, parking outside close to the entrance, polite staff, good ambiance We entered the room and it was not cleaned, or perhaps occupied by someone else. Went down to reception and was given a new room. First time experience!

The location was quite central and really easy to get to from Hamburg. Lots of great shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel is located in somewhat of a red light district, so if that's not up your alley could be a bit jarring, but in saying that we were never bothered. We were there earlier in the week so not too busy, could be a different experience on Fri, Sat, Sun.

Good choice of options at breakfast. Loved the theme throughout the hotel. Very much appreciated the hair dryer! Easy to find Room size would have been a struggle if there had been 2 of us. But that is all. Somehow i managed to not realise that it was within the Reeperbahn district (red light) when i booked.

Probably the best thing about this hotel is the breakfast which you have to pay for every person every morning. And those 30€ per person, per morning can add up quickly. BUT this breakfast is by far one of the best I've ever experienced. The staff was really kind and accommodating and the hotel is located pretty well. Just 2 min away to the nearest subway station. There are definitely a few nit-picks here: - The shower was just half-functioning with half of its holes either not working or shooting in completely wrong directions, plus you coudln't close the door so everything got wet. - No shampoo, only body wash. - I know it's not mandatory in Germany for a hotel to offer toothbrushes and paste... but it still baffles me when a high-esteemed hotel saves money at those points. - Only one power plug was functioning. The other ones and the usb ports were all not working. - Towels were not changed since they were not thrown to the ground which is apparently their rule. - Wi-Fi was pretty slow. In the end those little nit-picks stacked-up and for such an expensive hotel I've expected a bit more. Normally I'm not picky about such stuff, but when you keep noticing things where the hotel probably saved some money, then at some point you kinda get frustrated a bit. Since you have to pay for the breakfast separetely I will rate this stay without it.

Clean hotel; comfortable room; impressive lobby; very secure given the number of times we had to use the room card for access; modern amenities; walking (or short uber/cab ride) distance to most Hamburg activities. If you’re into “red light district” activities, clubs and bars, this is your jam. But it was surprisingly quiet inside - great soundproofing of rooms. Nice breakfast with amazing Omelettes. Incredibly powerful air conditioning which was a blessing after the heat wave. A huge selection of awesome street food & sit down restaurants are nearby as well, so you won’t go hungry. I know we didn’t! Not really as much of a “Beatles theme” despite the name, but it is in the little square (well, circle) that bears their name and has some metal silhouettes of the band (and I think they showed Pete Best a little love too as there’s 5 of them). It’s not in a great area given some other hotels we saw in Hamburg, but that also can be part of the charm - an oasis away from the chaos of St. Pauli. Room was small but clean & worked fine for a brief two night stay - could use a desk or table for writing though and the shower was really really small. But the water pressure was good & the water was hot so not a major complaint. Staff was pleasant but distant - no real camaraderie or conversation besides the occasional quick exchange of pleasantries - except the young chap from Canada we met at the front desk a couple of times - sorry not to have gotten his name but he was way cool. Parking was well offsite in a nearby medical building - but it was reasonably priced and I felt like the rental car was safe - so more something to know vs. being a negative. Lots of homeless, ladies of the night & seedy places in the area. Like I said part of the charm and something to know if you’re not looking for that kind of exposure. Despite that I’d still recommend the hotel if you’re looking for an interesting & unique Hamburg experience…

Modern look, excellent breakfast, location The room was too small, the was trash behind the window (the room was on the first floor). A bit too much noise from the bars nearby at the night time

Friendly staff Tasty breakfast, high quality, fresh served omelettes, lots of cheese and ham, good rolls and pastries, the little extra Stylish rooms 14 m2 room won’t leave space for an open suitcase, be aware Also be aware that there are lots of whorehouses next door Duvets had lots of brown stains on them
