The room was clean and tidy, and the apartment was quiet. These were two important factors for me, and fortunately, both were excellent.

Clean apartments and great location to the S Bahn and main strip. Cleaning staff was nice and the breakfast lady was amazing. A little bit small in the coffee/kitchenette but it was fine.

We had a clean, quiet and well equipped room with a small but functional integrated kitchen which allowed us to make some quick breakfast. The room itself is specious enough, bed was comfortable, the shower is huge and comfortable. There was a coffee machine in the kitchen with coffee tablets, coffee was good. We also noted a very good shower and hand gels! Subway is just 10 minutes walk. No complaints at all!

Everything Nothing that I didnt Like

We did not use mini kitchen but it was well equipped and clean. Room size is ok, bathroom was large and very nice. Location is good, walking distance to St. PAuli. Carpark was close and fee was ok.

The location is very close to the S-Bahn station, it also takes a short walk to reach the bank of Elbe and Fischmarkt. Reeperbahn and its nightlife is also nearby, if you are in this kind of things (and also if not, the street with neon lights even in the supermarket is something worth visiting). The receptionist was very helpful and gave us answers to our questions and some tips about Hamburg. The bed was a little squeaky. The quality of the WiFi in the kitchen/living room was weak, in the other half of the room it was better - so maybe the router should be positioned somewhere else.

We loved the location! It's very convenient, with the subway and buses just steps away, and we were able to walk to countless spots. The staff made our stay even better—they were so helpful, attentive, and kind. Our room was absolutely spotless, with a very well-equipped kitchen. Housekeeping with changing bed linens is every week. Plus they offer bicycles for rent. Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough.

It was close to S Bahn and location is good , there is Penny Market near by to meet the daily needs also bus stop as well . They should include more facilities like Gym or some recreation place for the kids

It’s near from the train station, supermarket , the famous Ripperbahn, fish market.

Lovely new studio. Very clean and well equipped for a short stay. Very close to the western end of Reeperbahn but away from the noise and mayhem. Would stay again. Arrived late - followed instructions to collect key card. Took a while to work out which building our room was in.

Good

Place was very clean and quiet. My colleagues booked another way more expensive place but I slept way better than them. Staff were super friendly. I walked from the hotel to the pier and to hamburg Messe and the train station.
