Friendly staff and super close to the tennis stadium. Room was small but comfortable. They let me access the room a couple hours early which was very much appreciated. The shower was rather small and awkward but serviceable. No mini fridge in room, which would have useful. The room has heating but no cooling so it was quite stuffy on hot nights.

The personel was very friendly. the outside terrace was very nice. There was no breakfast, but on the site it said there would be. It would have been nice to have been noticed before, but things can happen, so it's ok. There was no fridge or watercooker in the room. There was no cold water so i could not drink any water in the room and had to buy expensive drinks (which were nice by the way).

Very close to the metro station and airport, calm area, I walk a lot so even walking to the center wasn’t an issue. Loved the small balcony as well I had issues with the sink, it seems like it couldn’t drain the water, that aside everything was nice

Nothing The rooms are too small; its not value for money. The staff behave in an unprofessional manner. WIFI connection was weak.

Location was fab, but everything else was disappointing There was no reception after 3 pm and I felt unsafe as a solo traveling female with a toddler. The hotel is dated, the staircase is dark, and the lift feels unsafe and claustrophobic. This is not a step free hotel as there were multiple stairs leading to the entrance and to the lift. There was not even a kettle in the room. It's better to pay 50 euros more per night and sleep somewhere else...

The location was perfect (right next to the stadium and the rooms, a bit on the smaller side, but spotless clean and convenient. Totally recommend.
