Hotel am Museum

It was a beautiful space with shared bathrooms and kitchen. You could have free coffee and water as well. It was a lovely stay.

We had breakfast just a 2 minute walk from hotel a.m. Museum. The selection was excellent. I was surprised to find out the toilet was in the hallway . Only a shower and sink in the room. But the toilet area was always kept extremely clean. It would be extremely helpful if they would post directions on how to reuse the room heater. The staff are not totally on site but they made themselves available and were able to satisfy our needs. The automatic coffee made was definitely a plus. And no charge for latte cappuccino Etc. I selected those Hotel because it was close to the Bitpanda hamburger open professional tennis matches A toilet in the room would have been more convenient.

The hotel is without perssonel. There was a small window in the room without real curtains meaning you couldn't even get the room real dark for the night. The place was extremely noisy, and the neighbour upstairs could easily be heard moving around. There even wasn't a private toilet. I only stayed at the hotel a few hours, then I drove to Bilsen and got a room there.

The location is great in a quieter part of the city but close enough to walk in to the centre. Lovely and clean and friendly staff, although not often there. Really well equipped kitchen with great drinks and coffee machine, etc.. Would have preferred a breakfast included by the hotel, however the bakeries next door were great. The shower is literally in the bedroom!

Nice atmosphere, comfortable, with the charming essence of old Hamburg. The key handover requires a phone call, which was challenging for me as I don't use a mobile phone. It would be great to have an alternative option for guests without one.

The breakfast was very nice. The room very big and beautiful. The location perfect for the University. The toilette was outside the room. But the bath and everything else were inside the room.

Great location for EF. The place is near to CCH, a weekly market, restaurants and U1 metro station. It has clear rooms and community areas with flowers. You can pay for breakfast, it is a great option and more than enough. Free coffee included from coffee machine, and there is a water purifier as well. The owner is very helpful, you can ask for help in everything. The shower cabin in the room is fun There is no refrigerator in the rooms, only a minibar with full of bewerages in the kitchen. It will be nice to have a fridge where you can store related goods.

Every detail is chosen with care and taste, nothing is out of place, the new integrates the perfectly restored antique. I have rarely been in such a carefully thought however not snob living environment! Maybe the pillows were too soft for my taste. But it's a detail.

Yes. Very nice. Lovely building. Spacious and clean. Only downside was no toilet in the room but wasn’t a major issue.
