Very nice staff, friendly reception with a little tour. The room was nice. The shower strong and as warm as you'd like. Our curtain broke the first night, we informed staff on the second day but nothing happened. 2 nights without a curtain was not ideal. I would have informed the staff again about this at departure, but there was nobody to check out with.

Great shared kitchen, love all the things they put out for you to use. nice little yard as well. Great value for this location. Recommend visiting the botanic garden that's walking distance--it's lovely.

Perfectly located for events in the Hamburg Mess and Congresses, it's a 10 minutes walk. You can cook your own meals, there are food supply stores like an EDEKA S. Anders; and other stores around. There are fruits, cereal bars, coffee and toasts for free. Sometimes the bathroom was not clean. As bathrooms are shared with other guests, not everyone is careful and I found it dirty a couple of times. I cleaned it with toiled paper, but having a mop to clean it would be good. I don't mind cleaning, but I do care not being able to clean a dirty bathroom floor.

The room and bathroom were super clean. The staff was friendly. The kitchen has filtered drinking water, apples, bread, and some snacks for free. You can pay a small amount of money for cheese, jam, nutella. The bedrooms are near the shared garden. If you're sensitive to smells like me you can wake a with the smell of a cigarette. The walls are so thin that you can hear every movement around you. A bit far from city center (30 mins aprx)

It was a room hotel with shared bath room and the bath room always clean. Surprisingly they also provided hair dryer in the bathroom. The shared kitchen have free coffee machine, various tea and bread (butter and jams are additional) . It was enough to grab a quick breakfast. Microwave and stove can be used for reheat ready to eat food.

Extremely clean facilities and friendly staff! Very nice location as well. It was well worth the price! The door to the room had quite a gap when closed, so everytime a door closed elsewhere in the building the draft would cause an annoying banging. However, this was the only negative aspect of our stay.

Several small rooms at same floor, you can hear the voice of doors opening-closing and the voice of people in the corridor. Anyways, it was not a big deal for me. Internet connection could have been faster.
