Hotel Bellmoor Im Dammtorpalais

I couldn't eat breakfast.

I was particularly impressed by the extra small room option i had picked on purpose for its price it was surprisingly very well designed and though i had A LOT of stuff with me i was actually able to pack it all away quite easily and still have room to move around which i was not expecting. Not a buffet but Breakfast was very nice. and all in a quiet area whilst there is a lift IN the building there are however two sets of stairs first (outside and in first hall) i had a trolley cart of stuff to take up and i was fortunate to mostly cross paths with people who could help me but it can be an issue for anyone with a chair or extra heavy luggage etc...

Good breakfast served with a smile in a nice surrounding. Warm water was not available at all Hours.

Close to the CCH, great staff, accomodated specisl request to get lunch packed instead of only from the buffet, Clean and dust free bed (sadly only the bed though), Concierge service The entry hall has a cigarette smell (but not in the area with the rooms, so passable I guess), Appears to not have been taken care of within the last decades (sink had defects, shower was broken, carpet needed cleaning, night lamp had exposed electric wiring, a clearly visible dust layer on top of the main rooms lamp, one of the lighting elements in the main lamp was broken), balcony is a tripping hazard (is one step down and the railing ends slightly below hip level, so it appears to be quite easy to fall over the balcony when you missed that one stop), Their book with their services and "documentation" contained the wifi password but not the wifi name (there were multiple starting with the name of the hotel and a number afterwards, turned out the one with a 2 was the right one). There was soap for washing hands but nothing for the shower, I was going to give this hotel a 4/5 but on the last day on checkout I noticed a lack of awareness in regards to their safekeeping of the backup room keys (the office was entirely unsupervised and the keys are easily grep able even without going around the desk, this is the main reason for why I'm rating it like this). It appears they have the self impression of being a 5 star hotel while missing a lot of very basic things, if it hadn't been that expensive I would have been a bit more forgiving. That said, I'm considering staying there again. I hope that the issues have been addressed by then though.

Staff 10 out of 10. 5 stars customer service staff wise. Very noisy, especially at night. No double windows, which made the room quite cold and noisy during the night, as it is next to a train station.

The staff was very nice and location also good. The room was very small with shower and sink placed right in front if the bed which was pretty weird and a bit uncomfortable.

I have been travelling all through Europe and without a doubt the Bellmoor has been the best accommodation I have had. The staff were amazing and the service was impeccable. The room had natural light and air which was very welcome. The daily breakfast was fantastic. The location could not have been better walk to absolutely everything.

Room was as described, staff were extremely friendly and happy to help. Overall a great experience. I had nothing to complain about!

Excellent location. Very nice room. Reachable, however, via difficult stairs, which could be a problem for some people. Very good breakfast. Access to some rooms on top floors can be challenging for guests with mobility issues.
