The catering (breakfast) was excellent and plentiful. Fresh cold water was always available. The location suited us well, but it isn't a tourist area-its a student district. Plenty of cafs and supermarkets. Reception isn't 24/7. But it worked out OK

The room, location, breakfast, staff. Claudia the manager was very helpful. Ms Tulia was very friendly. They were very accommodating with my requests. They prepared takeaway sandwiches for me on the checkout day as I left early before breakfast started. The size of the toilet, shower room - reminded me of the Japanese hotel rooms.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Only one pillow in the room which was not particularly comfortable. Would be great if the tv had access to one English language news channel.

The stuff was very polite and helpful. Hotel is nice. Location is very good. Botanic garden is very nice so I prefer to pass it each time on the way to hotel. I also like bird songs when I open the window) Sound isolation is not very good)

Breakfast was varied, with options including fresh fruit, smoked salmon, cereals, bread, cheese, jams and sausages. The hotel was clean and quiet. It is close to public transport. The surrounding area was quiet. The staff were very friendly and available to provide useful information.
