The staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in earlier in the morning. The location is good in a quiet neighbourhood, and right next to university of Hamburg. The room is clean, although not very big. There are only two plugs, one underneath the TV and one close to the entrance. It's not very convenient to charge your phone. Also it would be great if there is a kettle.

Convenient location in a quiet area not far from the center. Room was spacious with a pleasant garden view. Staff was very nice and helpful. No air conditioning in the room or ventilation in the bathroom.

The room was clean, comfortable, and very important for me, it had a desk and chair appropriate for me to work on my laptop for a long time. The hotel is very close to the Hamburg University, which is very convenient for me too.
