Location Bathrooms, no lift, limit options in breakfast buffe (bread was finished), card for opening door was working 1 out of 5 times for every room as we booked two rooms

Everything was perfect! The hosts were really great and very helpful, especially with all the information we needed about the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Excellent location. There was a Lidle in 7 minutes from the property and a nice Bäckerei. Placed in a very nice erea of Hamburg! It was nice just to walk around and feel this warm atmosphere of this residential area! Room was clean and nice. Not very big, but included everything we needed. We would like to stay there again! And the check in/out policy is soooo cool! Check in after 13 and check out before 12! That's perfect! Probably nothing, at least for us!

Room and bathroom size was very good Some of the staff were really helpful No staff at all on the property from early evening until 7:00am following day therefore no facilities for drinks or coffee available or if any problems such as room keys not working Pillows were really bad A kettle/coffee machine in the room would have been useful Breakfast was not value for money

Nothing to be like The badrum not have any lock to lock the dor after man going inside badrum worst ever see in my trips. The hotel kitchen not have lunch or dinner servic, yeah the other hotels when they not have lunch service least they put micro oven in each rum for their customers. Incase if they warm outside food. ???
