The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were pretty small. but overall it was a great experience. good central location as well. Quite honestly nothing to complain about apart from the room size which qwas quite small.

The shower - a bit uncomfortable. Rooms - seems there are no king/queen bed but only single beds connected. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have a gym, they provide gym services through additional hotel.

The location was quite convenient, being close to a bus station and two subway stations. The room was clean, and the staff were warm and always available to help. The free Wi-Fi was extremely slow and practically useless; we were disappointed that we had to pay a high fee just to get a decent connection. Additionally, there was an issue with the shower enclosure; water would leak out and flood the bathroom floor every time we took a shower.

Nothing terrible that would prevent me from staying again but: Price was yield managed for holidays so was high for what you get, room cleaning was done up only every 3 days, shower door did not close completely by design so left area outside shower stall messy & very wet after showers. there was a strange mix of mechanical noises in my specific room at odd times during the day and night which could be bothersome to some, parking on the expensive side at 18 euros a night.

It was well located and rooms were adequate and clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok I asked for my towels to be changed daily and for my room safe to be fixed(needed a battery) several times, they always said it would be done, but it never happened. Breakfast spread was good quality but the 5 hot items were the exact same everyday for 7 days. The price of the hotel was too high for what you got in terms of service etc.

Great stay overall. Super close to the metro and the beds were very comfortable. Just a suggestion: the temperature in the room was sometimes a little cold and there was some dust in the areas where we store our personal belongings and the fridge. Also would help to have a cupboard as just a few coat hangers was not enough for a family of 3 (there were no shelves so had to keep the clothes in the suitcase). But these are minor details. We really enjoyed our stay.
