Property itself was characterful and set on a leafy and quiet street. Good choice of underground stations nearby for exploring hamburg. The hotel restaurant, Mazza, serves amazing Syrian food. We ended up eating there twice .. on a 3 day stay. Weather had peaked to upper 30’s but rooms were not air conditioned, staff offered a fan which the cleaning staff turned off (and closed windows) during the day.

Very good Location close to the Metro line and a lot of cute Cafés and Shops nearby. The rooms are clean, designed well, but pretty small. There‘s free parking available behind the hotel. There is no AC, no fridge and considering all of that as well as the room size the Price for a Double room felt too high.

Clean and quiet Wedding preparations were very in your face and. took over the full entrance of the hotel. But that was a one time thing

We loved the room, very clean and neat, the most spacious 15 m2 room i have ever stayed. Loved the decoration as well. Free parking also a plus.

The sheets and pillows were nice and plentiful. Lovely dining room, bar and elevator. Staff was kind and accommodating, parking in back as long as you can leave after 8am when the gate opens. Convenient to airport with free street parking also available. No coffee maker or refrigerator in the room, although the staff gave me a kettle and instant coffee since I had to leave before breakfast was available!

Extremely clean, staff is all very nice, even if some (or front desk) don't speak English. The shower pressure was divine and controllable. Great smelling amenities from Rituals. Good choice of pillows. Breakfast didn't include any dairy alternatives. Lack of English translation on all signage Bed covers could be bigger (wider)
