On-site parking is available at Hotel Mare with charge. It is a 5-minute walk from Uhlandstraße Underground Station, just 3 stops from Hamburg Main Station. The city of Hamburg will designate the area around our Hotel Mare as a parking zone from March 6th. Parking tickets can be obtained from the machines, but according to the current status only for a maximum of 3 hours. Paid- weekdays from 9 a. m. to 8 p. m.

The room was beautiful and clean, small and functional. If you stay at Hotel Mare you must check in at Hotel Miramar (about 50 yards away). I never did get the internet to work in my room on either my phone or laptop, after trying all of the possible tech fixes.

Morgenmaden var ok, dog var der ikke helt nok brød. Hotellet var meget rent og velholdt.

Dejligt hotel, ligger ca. 30 min. gang fra centrup i et rigtig hyggeligt kvarter.

Stilvoll, sauber mit Liebe zum Detail. Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück mit leckerem Kaffee. Gerne und jederzeit werde ich hier wieder einbuchen!

Der bliver udover opholdet opkrævet turistskat og prisen er derfor mere end forventet. Man får en god service hvis man taler tysk - mindre god når man taler engelsk...

Alles hat gut gefallen! Besonders zu erwähnen ist das sehr gute Bett, noch nie so gut in einem Hotelbett geschlafen!

Allt var perfekt, men frukosten kunde haft mer utbud, även om den var väldigt god, och rummen var verkligen inte ljudtäta (vilket inte gjorde oss nåt)! Allt annat superbt!! 9.9/10!

At first I was disappointed, because 'free parking' just meant free parking in the area (and it was rather chaotic to find a free parking lot). But people were nice and the breakfast fantastic.

Unfortunately I arrived late So on street parking was nearly impossible to find. Thankfully the woman manning the desk in there partner hotel was pleasant and helpful in getting me checked in. The room was extremely small but clean. However, due to my height, the bed and linens were all too small for comfort. I had to get to the airport the next morning and thankfully, again, the staff was very accommodating. Allowing me to have breakfast earlier than planned so I could make it to my departure.
