Best Western Plus Hotel St. Raphael

Centrally located. Good food options very close. Location is a bit dodgy especially when it gets late

Great staff. Nice room size. The neighborhood was bad with lots of drugs trafficking. It would be better to stay on the other side of the train station. I didn’t even take any photos of the area.

The walk from the station was through restless streets. The underground below could be heard in the room.

The room was very adequate in size with a lovely view. The breakfast was exceptional. The Reception staff (lady with black bobbed hair) was very helpful and welcoming. The little pub area in the lower ground was very appreciated and comfortable to get off the streets. This place in an oasis surrounded by some unsavory characters across in the park and close to the train station. The bed is like laying on concrete.

The room was good value for the price, but what I especially liked was the training room that was included. There is a fridge in the room which is handy.

Nice hotel and very convenient location to the St George area.

Close to restaurants and shops. The concierge recommended a German cuisine nearby where food and service were excellent! I came with my husband and our 2 daughters. He and I had breakfast without our daughters but were charged for the four of us when the concierge only saw the 2 of us. I didn’t realize it until we had checked out. I hope somebody contacts me and give me a refund for the 2 additional breakfast that our daughters didn’t experience.

In my room I could hear water running whenever someone would flush the toilet. I wasn't sure if that was from above or beside me.

Nice clean comfortable room This is nothing to do with the hotel of course but walking from the station there was a lot of people shooting up and a lot of work on construction and footpaths which made it difficult to get there. I suggest if you use the hotel and come from the station dont walk down the most obvious straight route

The place itself was very nice, the room was very big and beds were extra comfy. Only thing I didn’t like was the location. It was not felt very safe but when you get used to it, it is fine.

The breakfast was good, but not excellent. I particularly enjoyed the tea station, with teapots and great selection of loose tea! But cheese and cold cuts section was disappointing, to say the least. There are currently some (noisy) renovations taking place in the 5th floor.

We could here the trains going under the hotel. We sleep easy and are used to noise but not all are.

Very convenient to the bus and train station. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area. Great breakfast options and very spacious N/A
