Modern, clean and spacious. Great location. No tea and coffee facilities in the room, so no hot drinks when room service not on or restaurant not open. Unexpected. Hotel wanted to charge for rent of an iron and ironing board. Unexpected.

Rooftop bar Restaurant - great food Friendly waiter during breakfast Close to the River Elbe Cleanliness of room needs to be improved, I found a stain under the toilet seat as well as hair on the toilet and on the pillows. It seems like the bathroom floor is not cleaned daily. Saw various make up stains eg on the mirror also. For a room that cost 200+ Euro a night I would have expected spotless cleanliness everywhere.

Nicely located in Hamburg All good. Would Venice to have a cafe. Also, a bit weird that I could not get a seat upstairs at the bar when I was staying there. Weird. Not a good feeling.

It was clean and the location of the hotel was good Didn’t have internet connection the whole stay. The stuff didn’t react properly even tho we reported it two times
