Very clean. Beautiful building. Unfortunately the rooms advertised were not the ones we got. In theory, we got what we paid for, however, the rooms advertised in the pictures had excellent view. When we checked in, the staff informed us that there are only two rooms available with this view and unavailable at the time, so they gave us an equal room with a bad view. Very disappointing This is deliberately misleading the customer that they are getting something they are most likely not. The rooms we booked were nothing like the rooms we got, especially in terms of view. But the price was still exactly the same. Unfair for an otherwise beautiful hotel.

Beautiful old building, spacious rooms with very high ceilings. Numerous amenities in the room, including mini kitchen with coffee and tea (and rangetop we didn't use). Full enclosure spacious shower, great bed and bedding, nice work desk, great location. Luggage rack not big enough for my large suitcase, but ample room to spread it open on floor. Hated to leave!

The location, the bed, the sound isolation of the rooms, the size of the room and the high ceilings. A waiter in the bar asked me if I wanted money back when I paid a 34 euro bill with a 50-euro note, which I found very cheeky and not very professional...
