Never saw the staff once and the bar was not open to get a drink.

Great showers, once they finally warm up. Decently dark room and, as it was at the rear, pretty quiet in terms of external noise. Indeed at times the whole place was quiet enough I may have been the only guest. Apparently the decor reflects its previous use, it's not just a style pun. Seemingly no soundproofing between rooms so good quality earplugs would be good to pack.

Location No toilet, I was expecting ensuite. Goth colours. Black wallpaper, black sheets and pillows.

Great location. Cool decor. And the cleaner was really nice about dealing with the issue we had. Wasn't cleaned when we came. No staff on hand, but we called them and the cleaner came back. But they only answered my boyfriend's German phone number and didn't answer mine. And they didn't answer the phone call on Booking.com. Also there are literally no facilities in the room, not even some glasses.

They had a magician at the property. I woke up one morning and my phone had vanished! Phone and my friends wallet were stolen

This is a satisfactory option for an overnight stay or two if you know exactly what area the hotel is in. My room had two bunk beds, which are just okay for a night, don't expect much comfort. It's very noisy outside almost all night and evening, and the smell from the eateries on the ground floors will fill the room, so open windows are not an option. The heating works, the cleanliness is fine, the staff is very pleasant and polite. The small shared kitchen has everything you need. The toilet was clean, but there was no mirror and instead of paper towels, there was only one common cotton one (why..?). A shower and sink in the room is a plus. WIFI literally doesn't work. At least one towel per person in the room would be nice. Only one toilet for men. Lack of disposable paper hand wipes in the toilet.

Really feels like a brothel! Combination of creepy meets “this is pretty cool!” drunk guy passed out at entrance. Had to shove him out of the way to get into entrance

The location of the property is great you roll down directly onto Reeperbahn where restaurants stay open 24/7! Metro is 1 minute walk and the bus is across the street. I had a private room here so I didn`t share with anyone. I came prepaired because I know loud music is played by bars in the area. I used earplugs on Wednesday night, and that worked out great. The other nights were not that loud. There is a shared fridge and kitchen available where you can store food and other items. This is great for morning breakfast before heading out to meetings. Doors are pretty thin, when people are talking in the hallway you can hear everything. For all the amenities you can only get them in-between 10 and 13:00 when there is somebody at the property!
