Everything was really clean. I was worried it would be noisy due to the location but it wasn't. Once inside the room there was no noise..only a guy yelling in the streets at around 7:30 but nothing more. I found the bed comfortable. I didn't use it but was happy there was a kettle, complimentary water and a hair dryer. it also had soap. I went to the wrong hotel (ended in the one we're they serve breakfast which is 7min away) and the phone service worked well and I got directed to the right place and it all worked well. The sink tap only had hot water? It was manageable but weird. Also i would not go if i was more than one person to the room I chose since the bathroom and bed are in the same space. But idk if I chose a bedroom that's only available for one person. If it is. It was perfect to just crash. The area might make some people feel unsafe. Coming from Berlin and before that Venezuela, made it so I was aware of my surrounded but got the idea it's fine to hangout. But other female travelers traveling alone might one to research the area first. I

The location was absolutely fantastic for using public transport and for exploring the local area. Sbahn train into Hamburg for the markets was really frequent and only a few stops. The local market was absolutely brilliant too, great lively area and any amount of food and bar options within meters of the hotel. Would be great if there was a chair or two in the room, just so during the short times you're in the room itself you don't need to sit on the bed. There was a stool but no back support - that's literally my only recommendation.

Clean and warm room, big comfortable bed, pretty quiet at night, even though it was located at the red light district. The room service was kind. I didn't like the check-in system at all. The check-in machine was showing an error when it had to issue my key card, and when I tried to message the hotel, they never answered. Another couple who was there and couldn't check-in either called a hotline number to ask for help, but noone came to help us. The problem seemed to be a blocked card. Also there was an extra charge of 14 euros that was not mentioned at Booking or at the instructions I got. Another issue was the shower. There is no separator or a long enough curtain between the shower and the floor, so the toilet floor floods with water after showering. Also, the second day the room service stuff forgot to put new towels.

The location was perfect! When there is too much movement in the bed, the whole thing moves away from the wall and the mattress moves in itself as well.

Perfect location. Easy check-in. Comfortable bed. Clean room. No fridge.

Is next door to the red light district.

Central location in St Pauli. Clean room and comfy bed. Automated checking was a bit frustrating, as you needed to enter a lot of personal information on the touch screen outside on a busy street before you could enter.

I feel that the room has not been properly cleaned. The sheets had stains and some hair, and there were many dusty spots in the room and furniture. Also, the street is a bit loud and the acoustic insulation of the window is poor.

The price and accessibility (close to the S-bahn and bus stop in front). I feel that the room has not been properly cleaned. The sheets had stains and some hair, and there were many dusty spots in the room and furniture. Also, the street is a bit loud and the acoustic insulation of the window is poor.
