Close to train station, very comfortable old style bed. Noisy street, no elevator

the location is very near to hbf, so the street located the hotel has too many people under substances

I have been a guest here over the decades and it's always a pleasure to come back however cleaning could've been a bit better but you know sometimes since going the way they go because of staff which needs to be adjusted and seems like that who cares I've had a wonderful time and I got fresh towels when I ask for and that's all what matters. I really don't want to recommend this hotel to people without any humor or who need a television or who are allergic to erotic environments This was once upon a time a whore house and personally I am very happy that it remains this way and that we can play and have a good time that is what this hotel is about my opinion

It was borderline dirty, the staff was merely helpful. Forget about even a bottle of water in your room, no shampoo. In short, good enough for one night as makeshift accommodation but forget about a longer stay

The streets around the hotel were like a war zone. Full of gangs, people selling drugs and breaking things. Very dangerous area to walk during the night.

Very close to the main rail station. Room is ample, plenty of space for our suitcases. The room is clean. Bed is comfortable and the sheets are clean. Breakfast is very good. The neighborhood is bad, plenty of drunks, beggars, etc. in the street. There are 5 floors and there is no elevator. The maintenance is very poor. Many things are not properly fastened. The curtains fell, reported to the reception, nobody came to fix it. Old fashioned bed. When the other person moves you can feel it.

It's right next to the central station with the craziness surrounding it, but it's convenient.

This ain’t the Ritz, but it’s a short walk from Hamburg train station. It’s clean and staff take great pride in what they do. We were in a bind when our hotel canceled our reservation with only 12 hours notice. The gentlemen running the place were kind, understanding and helpful. Especially when several other nearby hotels would not help. The price was very reasonable. The neighborhood is a little rough. There is no elevator. Our room was on the 5th floor. The decor is not their strong suit. But beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Everything worked.

Hotel conveniently located - next to the station and not too far from the center. Very friendly staff. Beds ok. The area is awful at night, unsafe and dirty. We found a cockroach in the entrance of the hotel, drunk homeless people and drug addicts nearby. Parking is very unconvenient as well. The hotel itself is oldish and not very clean. We did not feel very comfortable and will certainly never be back.

The facilities for example an electric kettle could be provided in the room.

Very close to the central station The area is not safe for family friendly stay. They don’t have space for baby stroller. The area was a bit creepy with drug addicts particularly when you are walking around with small baby. I won’t recommend for family with small kids.
