Location, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast area and offerings, small but cozy lounge area, cleanliness, parking. I didn’t like that the entry way to the hotel essentially becomes a smoking area. It’s not pleasant entering and leaving a hotel in a haze of cigarette smoke. It would be nice for all if the smokers had a somewhat separate area outdoors to smoke and talk.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, the staff were friendly, and there is a metro station nearby. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Hamburg.

Great location. Connecting rooms available for families. No separate bathroom — bathroom open to sleeping area. Only toilet was separated. The breakfast was standard, but not impressive.
