The staff was professional, attentive, informative and accepted a sudden late night arrival. Delicious and great variety of breakfast.

The hotel is really cool! The shop instead of a mini bar is a genius touch. The beds are comfortable, good amount of room for a family of 3 and really nice touches like notice board and games and books. The shower was amazing as well! Needed after a full day of walking around the city. Outstanding location as well, within walking distance of major sites and museums, lots of cafes and restaurants and shops. Not being able to make a hot drink in our room and it wasn't clear if room service was available or not.

Easy to reach, easy to park, nice rooms, very practical location. Parking with direct access to the hotel. Our room smelled horribly of trash when we entered, I was about to ask the reception to change the room, but I tried first to open the windows for a few hours. After dinner the smell was gone completely and did not came back. Do not know what happened.

Nice spacious room and great location. A bit challenging to understand all the rules regarding the activity areas at the hotel covering both the kids area, the camping area and the cinema. Making them all feel a bit unavailable unfortunately.

Everything! From the quirky stylish decor to the comfortable, elegant rooms, the delicious and ample breakfast, the amazing location, the convenient parking, the fabulous views from the roof terrace and the warm friendly staff, this was a truly memorable stay, definitely worth repeating! Nothing!
