Overall, everything about the hotel was good, especially the location, which was very convenient. one major negative point that was really frustrating was the elevator situation in the mornings. Between around 9:00 and 11:00 a.m., the elevators were extremely crowded, and a long queue would form near the reception area. Sometimes we had to wait almost 30 minutes just to get an elevator. One of the elevators was also out of service, which made the situation even worse. The waiting time on the upper floors to come down was also very long and frustrating. Unfortunately, this was not just a weekend issue — we experienced the same problem every day during our stay. This was by far the most disappointing part of an otherwise very good hotel experience.

Transparent window with shade between bathroom and bedroom - it makes no sense and irritated us. A frosted-glass window would have been better. As with too many hotel rooms, there were not enough towel racks, particularly near the sink. We would have preferred a window which could be opened more.

I dislike the Attendant at reception need to be more friendly, onde of them was ver unfriendly. I was in a queque then she told me that she can attend me at that moment, but when another guest appear she attend him, it was a discrinatory action from her, and i felt discrinated. I reported to her collegue who were assist the scenario.

We celebrated my dogs 12th birthday and he was welcomed with a birthday card and a small gift. The staff was super accommodating. Overall super dog friendly hotel and lots of grass around the area for dog walks. It was hot during the heat wave and the aircondition didn’t seem to work

The location is really great, easy to walk main parts of the city and feels safe. The top floor has a Restaurant Bar and it is not wise to put rooms there. It was really noisy evenings and nights.

breakfast was good, the waiting time for check in/out was very short. parking was a bit tight, has few signs to help where we should park, the elevator was shaky, it took few minutes to take off :) and also a bit expensive.

Very friendly staff, garage underground parking 21€ a day for parking is a bit excessive
