Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Hamburg

The rooms are clean and modern. The staff is very polite. You would think that the location is good, being close to HBF. The breakfast is relatively ok. One of the worst nights you could spend in Hamburg. The area is always infested with trouble makers that will keep you awake all night because the windows do not block any noise from outside. If you want to sleep, go to another hotel. If you do not mind the shouting in the middle of the night, and you are a heavy sleeper, then you would do just fine.

Room was very big and super clean. There was enough amenities for a budget hotel. Right next to the Hauptbahnhof and Altstadt, so it's super easy to get around. Staff was mixed but mostly nice. Although location is super close, the neighborhood is a bit shady. However, hotel situated right next to the start of neighborhood so it is situated in best of worst. Not many amenities like minibar, slippers etc. but it's expected.

The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good, the location was excellent! 3 minute walk from the central station and 5-10 minutes from the city centre! Very close to the underground metro station! The streets states quite noisey, even at 3 in the morning!

The family room to small, the room was not as the picture. You could hear noise from another room. For the price, it could be better.

The rooms was too small. Really too small To be comfortable, and the bathroom Was absolutely tiny and much too small to be practical. Also there was no air conditioning which is a problem for a recently refurbished hotel. Had to open the window late at night to let some air in which was not ideal as there was a lot of outside noise from the street

Nice breakfast and friendly staff Elevators did not work

The location was convenient, and the room was clean. There was one staff member at breakfast (unfortunately I don’t know his name) who was especially kind, fast, and handled many tasks at once with a smile — he really stood out and made the mornings better. Even though the hotel is centrally located, the surrounding area felt unsafe, with visible drug activity nearby. Also, the breakfast was average and the pillows were uncomfortable.

The location was very good and so was the breakfast, but the bed! It was like sleeping on heaven, And the pillow, so soft and nice.! Nothing!

The room, itself was big,especially the bed. However there were too many rooms on one floor it's like a maze to find my room. The location, it's good for relaxing stay, just stay at the hotel. At night it's dark to walk back.

All the staff I spoke with were super friendly and helpful. The location is convenient as it's close to the Hamburg HBF. But I wouldn't walk around the place after the nightfall. There weren't a lot of people on the street and if there were, they weren't the kind of people you'd want to run into at night... Breakfast was great, and the room was clean. One of the staff even cleaned the room upon my request in the morning which really helped with my schedule for the day.

Great location just a few minutes walk from Hamburg Central train station which was exactly as I wanted. Lovely room very clean, comfortable bed & had a good night sleep - staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no coffee/tea facilities in the which is a shame room.

Very cosy hotel, friendly helpful staff, comfy bed. Couldn't ask for more, really. Totally relaxing stay. Thank You! No negatives to think of.

Everything was ok; didn't have their breakfast; if bathrooms were a little bigger I'd give a better rating Small bathroom - easy to slip or hit your shoulder/arms
