The hotel is divided into the main building and several dependances. We ended up in the “blue house” of which the staircase and corridors look a bit Spartan but the room was ever so comfortable and nice, with everything you expect to have in the room. The hotel is in a quiet street so it is possible to open the windows for cooling (there is no airconditioning). Breakfast was sumptuous (though pricy). The garden of the main building is a gem! Nothing to be too grumpy about. Would love to come back.

I loved the library, the cozy atmosphere, the lush backyard garden, and the area where we could sit indoor and enjoy the garden through the floor-to-ceiling windows (it was a bit windy and wet when we visited).

Room was nice and cool on a very hot day. Bed was comfy. Great location on a quiet street near Lange Reihe We were in a separate building to the hotel with a door to the street that was unlocked. Shower in the bath tub was slightly out of date. No tea/coffee or even a fridge in the room, although the hotel helped us store some perishables.
