Next to airport, Location is very good for my needs. Breakfast is ok.

The hotel is modern, the room is clean with comfortable bed, pillows and nice sheets. The hotel has simple restaurant facilities with just pizza in the evening. Front desk staff were very nice. You can walk to the airport down a nice tree-lined lane in less than 20 mins.

My answers are a bit contradictory because I liked the Hotel more or less. But there was a very unpleasant incident, which I will describe in the next question. I find it very important because of a security issue. When I wanted to leave my room in the morning, I found my room door locked in a way that I was locked in. When I called the registration desk, of course, the first thing I heard was the robot. It talked for a long time. At least, maybe in 5 minutes, a person answered. After another 5 minutes, a boy came to help, and after some more minutes, the door worked again. But I wondered: first, there are quite difficult codes for every door to get into your room; why? Second, and this is extremely important: in the case of fire, I would not get out at all. Therefore, I find this situation very frightening, and I hope very much that, first, the doors will work as needed and, second, there will be another phone number where a real person is answering. In every hotel, actually!

The smell in the hotel was horrendous. Especially the hallway on the 1st floor smelled like they were using some harsh chemicals (maybe to remove mold?). Also, the mattress was so used up that it would "draw you in"

The restaurant was awful. It was frozen pizza or nothing, and the waitress was rude. I had to chase her into the kitchen to get her to even wait on me.

Was comfortable and the room was new. We paid a price on booking.com that was marked as the total price and inclusive of all fees and taxes. When checking in we pointed this out but needed to pay an additional city tax. We also asked for our room to be cleaned multiple times but this never happened during our 5 night stay, not even emptying the trash cans.

Clean, friendly staff, the lady working the morning shift at the reception was an exceptional , went extra miles and beyond , Would be good to have more variety of food…

Cleanliness Lack of a kettle in the room

Helpful staff. Good location for airport transfers. Rooms were small but comfy. The beds are fine for a transfer night. Check-in took ages (20 minutes) because the staff member was too busy with a customer phone call. Would've been better to have two staff members for check-in.

Price is high and location is far.
