It quickly became very clear that this 'team' is definitely neglecting routine maintenance

Location was good. <10 min walk from Barmbek station. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were (too) big! The room ( 3 pers) had a good size. Toilet was dirty and had broken seat. Bathroom had no good ventilation, you could smell the mold.

bathroom was difficult to use and wasn't very clean. Extension of stay was very expensive. Locations is a bit noisy. Parking isn't the most convenient. Janitor lady gave us the wrong passcode for the door initially.
