The showers didn't allow much privacy, and the room didnt have climate control. The doors also slammed throughout the building, but no real complaint.

Clean and quiet place in a convenient location, some 45 minutes walk from the city center. Just a few steps from the Rewe supermarket and close to public transport. Perfect for short stays. Check‑in is simple and hassle‑free with a personal access PIN. The property is secure and monitored with multiple cameras. All necessary information was provided before arrival. The automatic doors can be a bit noisy, and you may hear them opening or closing during the night, which could disturb light sleepers. Aside from that, everything else was perfectly fine.

The room was very clean and and quite spacious -- it was just me in a double room (with bunk beds). The facilities were well maintained and extremely clean, even though I never saw any staff! The surrounding neighborhood was fine, and the rest of the city was easily reached via public transport. No complaints, really. The price was better than most places in the city but perhaps still a bit more than might be expected for a similar room-with-shared-bath setup.

Excellent concept between a hostel and hotel. Individual rooms only and shared facilities. For a short stay in Hamburg it's great. Very convenient location only 2 metro stops from the main station. Clean and comfortable. The noise- doors are heavy and slam, and the hand dryers are really loud. I made an effort to close the doors gently but if others don't do this then it's disturbing. Would appreciate a coffee pot/ cafetiere in the kitchen.

Great place if you’re looking for something cheap. Bathroom and the room itself was very clean. Also appreciated clear and easy instructions how to get in. As a solo traveler girl the area felt pretty safe to stay in as well.

It was clean, good location and easy to enter. There was a moment 30 mins electric was gone in the whole building. Good that it came back.

The location was pretty nice. Close to the transport and store. The washing machine needs cash payments and laundry room does not have any washing solvents:(
