Very friendly Staff and very helpful. Excellent location! Nice Terrace, good parking. Parking would be nice if it's for free for the Guests. When it rains the terrace gets wet, not so good. Is there an airport shuttle? That would be a good thing to have as a service, in case someone doesn't come with the car.

The particular staff member was less than polite. The original room I was assigned smelled like animal pee. It was disturbing. I immediately brought this to the staff attention and it appeared the staff member was somewhat put off by my concern. His first question; were you in the room? Did you use the facilities, did you take your bags in there. After the third question; I told the staff member that he just gave me my room key seconds ago. What exactly does he think I have done in that room in the matter of couple of minutes. I think he should have sent someone up to that room with me and acknowledged the smell. I just needed a room for a few hours sleep, I had nothing to gain by asking for another room.

Decent lounge area Very far from the airport, you have to drag your suitcase over curbstones and all the roots for 20 minutes to get there. Rooms are old and no air-conditioning.

Great stay, but desperately needs updated charging options The room was clean and the staff were wonderful, but the electrical outlets are outdated. There are very few sockets available, and none of them accommodate modern charging needs. The room completely lacks integrated USB-C or USB-A charging ports, and there are no universal or non-EU compliant sockets for international devices. If you are traveling with multiple gadgets or electronics from outside the EU, you will absolutely need to bring your own multi-port adapters and power strips.

Simple check in, adequate room. Ineffective air-conditioning, breakfast very limited if gluten intolerant. Understand it's a Germany thing but it's a hotel with international guests.
