Too small toilets, not enough sinks... cold showers (we received an acceptable refund though).

It was extremely difficult to find a tiny bit of privacy to even change clothes. I had to lock myself in a tiny bathroom stall since I didn’t feel comfortable doing it in a room full of men.

Shit condition, they have a lock in out gate, but the room even have no lock, and have two doors, one door can directly access to out side and unlocked, so what’s the meaning of locking out gate? And they charged extra 5 EUR for bed sheet, but I need cover it by myself, shit experience

Can be preferred if available at lowest cost . Keep in mind 5 € extra for blankets. Not mentioned anywhere while booking. Common wash room for everyone. Near by train station. Not felt safe during the stay.

When you have a lovely Gambian at the reception everything will be easy and fast ! Thanks to this man to help me and being kind during my stay, I will come back definitely :) The toilets are very small, far away from the rooms

Good location, close to metro station, one station from Altona Everything is alright for this price, its a decent hostel.

Nothing. The hostel staff was very rude, and also the showers didn't have curtains. It has two showers and the doors of the showers are made from glass, it's transparent and it doesn't have curtains. Other people can watch you while you take a shower from the transparent doors.
