The area is quite loud especially on weekends.

I like the location and the staff, they cleaned my room every day , changed my towels , without me needing to ask . The room is comfortable, there is a window, hot water in the shower . I rate it 7/10 The room is not clean to perfection but it’s okay .

Great location, even better service! Everything was seamless, from the reliable WiFi to the hot shower with perfect water pressure. The cherry on top? The lobby smells heavenly! Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting. The only downside was the TV, which kept turning black after a few seconds of use. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us since we only used the room to sleep, but it would be great if the hotel could get that fixed for future guests. If you are visiting on a weekend, please note that the street gets closed off. If you are traveling with a lot of heavy luggage, this might be a bit inconvenient because the shuttle cannot pick you up/ drop you off directly at the hotel; you’ll need to walk a couple of streets to meet your ride. It’s a great location, but definitely something to keep in mind if you have heavy bags!

The hotel is located near the Hoan Kiem Lake and the shops in Old Quarter. The staff were very accommodating, especially Ana and Feona. I will definitely stay here again in my next visit to Hanoi.

The rooms were not particularly clean. Was not aware there is a massage palour/ knock shop working out of the same address. Some of the rooms are not nearly as nice as those in the photos. Also, there is no fire escape in some rooms, totally reliant on the old lift (no stairs) and windows barred.

We were promised to get room 601 and 602 so we can be on the same floor as we checked in at 8am. The room wasn't ready yet but they told us we will be in those rooms. I couldn't check in until 7pm since I had an appointment. I asked the front desk if my friend can come check in during check in time and they said it was fine. When he came to check in they didn't give both rooms to him and only 1 room. But we had the booking all in the same bookings. So when I got there at 7pm they gave our room 602 to a different family. It was a little frustrating because we planned to be on the same level or room so its easier to communicate. Instead they moved us to room 402. I asked the front desk why and they said they gave it to a different family which was dumb because we were already promised that room. I don't understand why they didnt give the other family room 402 instead of 602 We were there for only 1 night. We contacted the manager Bryan about the problem and he let us check out at 2pm but we didn't really have to. The rooms are alittle small but it'll do

The mattress was extremely firm. This is not an isolated issue pertaining only to this hotel but rather is seems to be the theme here in Vietnam. I'm not sure if they have mattress toppers/memory foam toppers as I've not seen it anywhere... Our bathroom did not have any hand towels or floor towels however issue was easily resolved by asking at the front desk.
