The room was very small and space was very limited.

The location is perfect with great restaurants nearby. The room was bigger than expected, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. What really stood out to me was the staff. They were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. When it was time to leave, they even assisted me with my luggage and made sure I got safely into my ride. As a solo female traveler, I truly appreciated their thoughtful service. None

I loved the location! You are literary close to everything. Massage, food, night market, pharmacy., spa,.... The hotel staff was absolute awesome! Guided me to a delicious restaurant that I loved. There wasn't anything I disliked.

Breakfast was good. Just make sure the cups are clean before drinking the juice. They are served in mason type jars and all around the grooves on the glass had mold. Rooms are really small. Beds were not really beds. They were 2 mattresses on the ground pushed together to make a queen. I don’t even think you would consider them mattresses, they were like futon mattresses. If you like soft style beds, you won’t like these.

In the morning you can have breakfast at hotel restaurant on top floor with the view, or stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake and try local breakfast. The hotel staff Daniel and Henry were kind and helpful. We can keep our luggage while we leaving to SaPa for 2 nights. We booked suite room with view to the street in front of hotel.

The location was fabulous right by the Old Quarter and a block away from Ho Hoan Kiem Lake. The breakfasts were very good with many options and the roof breakfast area had wonderful views and was very comfortable. There was a small elevator which was good because the stairs were very very steep. The staff were very helpful with places to eat and arranging transportation. They also kept our luggage overnight for free while we were touring Halong Bay.. the room was also very quiet. The room, though clean, was a bit worn looking in the bathroom and there was very little room for our luggage

The location is great. My daughter's room was disgusting, it was clear that they hadn't cleaned, as the previous "guest" had left solid bodily waste in the bathroom. When we complained and said we needed a different room, they did ultimately provide this, but first started out with a rather hostile attitude toward our complaint. The plug for the blowdryer was broken so the plug kept falling out while I was trying to dry my hair. They have a roof top sitting area, but when we asked to sit up there, we were told that there would be a cleaning fee, even though there is no where else in the hotel for a small group of people to talk. (The photos are a bit deceiving about their lobby). I had upgraded my room so that I could have a window based on the different photos, but the curtain in the room is just decoration - there is no actual window. Breakfast was included, and we had to leave early so we requested to take it away. The order was incorrect and they didn't provide any flatware.

The location was great. My daughter’s room was not cleaned properly - it was disgusting. They did give her another room,but they were not very apologetic, but rather were very begrudging about it.

The staff was incredibly nice and warm. The rooms were clean and decently big. The complimentary breakfast was also perfect. Liked that they had same day laundry service (weight based)

The hotel was in an excellent location, right in the center of Hanoi, making it very easy to explore the city. The room was on the smaller side, but it was comfortable and provided everything I needed. It was perfect for a stay focused on sightseeing and enjoying the city, without spending too much time in the room. Also, great breakfast.

The location was great, the staff are extremely pleasant and go out of their ways to assist. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. The room was very tight and the sheets are not so clean, I found some hair inside and it seems they do not change sheets and comfort after each guest because mine had many wrinkles.

Location was good and staff were friendly Wayyyyy too overpriced. I was expecting something way nicer. We also booked a double bed room (1 bed) and it ended up being 2 twins pushed together which left a really uncomfortable crack in the middle of the bed.
