If you gonna travel back home during weekends I don't recommend you staying here as the roads outside hotel are closed after 7pm. Getting a taxi is not possible unless you walk 200mtrs away carrying your luggage by yourself.rather than that small rooms but good enough just for resting/sleeping

No noise from the street below. Room dark to sleep Rooms are tiny and dark with no natural light. Fridge didn't work after we had to shift it to reach a power point. Room advertised at a ridiculously overpriced amount and reduced to lure you in. Still not worth the small amount we paid. Very disappointed!

Very accessible to all tourist spots in Hanoi Old quarter… Breakfast is the best None

Location is great as it's near to attractions like Hoan Kiem Lake and Night Market. The room lighting is a bit dim but not an issue

What I liked about this hotel was its excellent location. Everything was within walking distance, which made it very convenient. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the price offered great value for money. What I didn’t like was that the hotel looks a bit old, and the room was quite small.

The space of the room is not enough for traveller with a few luggages but the room is comforfable. Need help from staff to bring the luggage upstairs because of no elevator.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the old quarter making it very handy as you can walk to most of the main attractions. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good with quite a few different options to choose from. The hotel is old and dated, unfortunately. There was mold on the staircase and in our room, with some pretty severe moisture damage all over. The windows of our French door were very dirty, and the drain in the bathroom smelled bad.

would be nice to also clean that rooms a bit deeply sometimes. under the bed is also part of a room ? also on the cupboard and so on. not nice to find it like this. Also if possible to do something with mold. First day we really felt and smell that in whole room a lot.

Not soundproof at all. Street noise can be very loud especially when music is playing. Room feels a bit dated and damp.

Position in the city centre, kindness of the staff, especially William who helped us a lot with the organising of a 3-days cruise at Halong/ Bai Tu Long Bay and the pick up in Ninh Binh; and Mi, super kind, helpful, smiling and empathetic ?? Maybe the room a little old and the shower not very comfortable

1. the location is close to all walking streets 2. the breakfast roles are real german style 3. decent breakfast included 4. there is a lift, although its the tinyest I ever used. max capacity is 2 people without a big bellies 5. the bathroom was surprisingly big a. the rooms are very small, I checked all rpoms on my floor. I always hit my legs on furnitures, there was 30cm space around the double bed. b. there was all sorts of utility noise, ACs, waterpumps and a very loud toilet flush c. the walls are thin towards the neighbor rooms

Was ok, could ask for fresh egg dish which was good, coffee was also good. Bathroom with milder, glass shower walls full of stains!!

It's always nice to stay in the heart of the Old Hoan Kiem District! The room is not really anything more than a place to sleep. Which makes sense, because the point of staying in Hoan Kiem is to be out and about--a similar mentality to the rooms on a cruise ship.

Great location, good value for price, comfortable beds, quiet, nice breakfast. The room was a little small for 2 people, but I would stay again in a larger room. Room had no windows, but was very quiet.

No windows. Could not get hit water in shower on the last mirning. Shower shares restroom floor without any borders
