Our stay was very pleasant thanks to Kim and Thao. Their hospitality and attention to detail is commendable! They helped book two tours- ha long catamaran and ninh Binh day trip. Both were memorable experiences! Breakfast buffet had many options and delicious food. Our room shower didn’t really have cold water. We turned the knobs trying to get cold water but it was challenging.

Lovely hotel with character. Great location for exploring, just on the edge of old town and train street is 1 minute walk! Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable. AC a little on the louder side but works as white noise. Great welcome and hospitality, staff were very welcoming and helped with recommendations. Im happy with my stay. Little construction on the street but it didn’t disrupt my stay.

The location is great with many coffee shops and restaurants around the hotel. The old town is just 8 mins away. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenities. The spa is great! I stayed on the 10 floor and the restaurant was right over me and it got pretty loud in the morning.

The staff were amazing. Everyone was wonderful, especially, Kim and Luca. They gave great recommendations and helped with any question. The most special part was they noticed it was my birthday on the day I was checking out when looking at my passport. They decorated my room as a surprise with desert when they were cleaning it. It was an incredible surprise. The staff work so hard and make genuine connections with their guests. This was our favorite stay of our hotel. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, gym, and spa. I had a great massage. Perfect, amazing value! They deserve 5 stars.
