The hotel is perfectly situated close to the lively night market while still offering a peaceful environment. Jonny greeted us with genuine warmth, and every interaction with the staff felt sincere and welcoming. The room was modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. It was the thoughtful service and friendly atmosphere that truly made this hotel special.

We loved the hotel's central location, especially being so close to the weekend market. The breakfast buffet may not have been huge, but everything was fresh and tasted wonderful. The bell staff were friendly and always ready to assist us with our luggage. Ms. Nga at the travel desk deserves special recognition for arranging our Sapa and Ninh Binh tours. Her recommendations and organization were excellent.

Staff was fantastic. The guys went above and beyond. Helping with bags. running out with umbrella when they say us coming back from an outing. Very helpful with the kids. Kitchen staff was also on point with pho! The breakfast area was on the first floor. On 2 mornings out of 4, there were rather uncivilized your groups which was loud at 630 in the morning. This could be heard in the room. The guest were a nuisance and probably intimidating resulting in the staff not able to control them. This was the last week of June.

Perfect location, room well equipped, staff very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was varied and fresh, perfect little balcony with a table and 2 chairs specifically looked for a hotel with an elevator, however the hotel website did not mention a flight of stairs to reach the elevator from the ground floor to access elevator
