Beryl Signature Hanoi Hotel

We loved the location of this hotel. It is close enough to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter to walk everywhere, yet far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally kind and always willing to help with any request. Since we had to leave before breakfast started, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us to take to the airport. Their attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel made our Hanoi trip much more enjoyable thanks to its fantastic location. Staying in the Old Quarter meant we were surrounded by the energy and charm of the city, with amazing food, cafés, bars, and attractions right outside our door. Even though we were close to everything, the hotel remained peaceful and comfortable because it was tucked away on a quiet street. We loved spending time around Hoan Kiem Lake, visiting the Water Puppet Theater, and exploring the weekend night market.

The location couldn't have been more convenient, with many attractions, local restaurants, and shopping streets just a short walk away. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, and our room was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful despite being in the city center. Breakfast was always fresh, delicious, and offered enough variety to satisfy different tastes. What impressed us most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. They were always smiling, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to help. For the price, this hotel provides exceptional value, and we would definitely return if we visit Hanoi again.

Small and quiet Very stylish feels like you are in Paris and I love Paris The doors the furniture the window in the room everything is super cute and so French I loved it You really feel that every detail in the room is made with love, the floors are warm even the tiles in the bathroom and shower area are warm I don’t know how they did it The blocks on the ceiling are not straight it is disturbing when you look at it

A small hotel in the Old Quarter, but with excellent service. The receptionist checked in with me about my room to make sure everything was okay. I enjoyed their breakfast, which offered a wide variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes. The only minor issue was that the breakfast area was a bit small. The hotel is right by the lake and close to other tourist attractions.
