We had lovely time here, highly recommend this place, rooms where nice, great location and also amazing breakfast. All the staff made our stay very welcoming especially Lucy which was such a pleasure to meet and connect with. She helped us with all the info about the city and also with everything we needed for our stay with the bikes and luggages. Lucy was really the most dedicated and knowledgable employee that I ever met while traveling.

While the location is convenient, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. The hotel interior was quite noisy, which made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep.

A great hotel right where you need it to be! It’s shields out the noise of the streets incredibly well - our room was too floor on the back side - and it’s a short walk (<300m) to the drinking streets, or (<500m) to the tourist shops. It’s also well located for any tours or pick ups that you need!!

Decent place to stay as the position is great. Staff is gentle. Room wasn’t great big beds together but PowerPoints were covered so not sense to move the bed in that way. Television not working as you cannot connect any app coming from foreign country hahaha Elevator is in between floors that’s funny. Breakfast was fair.

Comfy clean room with hot water. Breakfast was standard. Staff kind let us check out a bit later for free and helped us book airport taxi.

Lovely hotel, set off the busy area but close enough to walk,lots of choice for breakfast. Would have liked a window with a view, not facing a brick wall.

The hotel was superbly situated in the old quarter of Hanoi. The room was big with a huge bed, fridge and kettle which meant a nice cup of tea in the morning and a chilled nightcap. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location in the Old Quarter. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. Breakfast was delicious & abundant. Best was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Mai was particularly helpful with making sure our travels went as smoothly as possible. Five stars for service! All good!
