Amazing location - walkable distance from Beer Street No elevator

The location good and close to everything and the staff are friendly The room was given to me in the 4th floor and the hotel doesn’t have elevator. You have to think 100 times before you go down because of the stairs. Also the location was very noisy until 3 am you can’t sleep because of the party’s in the near by shops. Very bad experience in this hotel and not recommended at all .

We stayed in a family room (4 adults) and had a great experience. The hotel doesn't have a lift, but the staff were quick to help and kindly carried our bags up to the room. The beds were unbelievably comfortable—like sleeping on clouds—and the room itself was spacious, clean, and really good value for money. It was exactly what we were expecting. The location was excellent too. We were able to walk everywhere, which made exploring super easy. The hotel also helped organise our airport transfers, which was a huge help. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—really lovely people. Would definitely recommend this place for a simple, comfy, and convenient stay! The wifi cut in and out, but we had our own data so that didn't affect us.

The best hotel we have stayed in Vietnam. The owner is super helpful and friendly. (Super cute dog as well) The bed is the most comfortable bed Ive ever slept in anywhere in the world. Room was very clean. Shower was great and room even better. 11 out of 10

We had this hotel because it was really close to the bus station, and we arrived super late, we stayed only for the night. The rooms are super small, at least ours, the pictures are different from reality, everything is old, worn up, not the best place we've been.

We stayed at this family-run hotel for a total of eight nights across two separate visits and really enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent, and the staff, especially Ms. Hoa, were friendly and very accommodating, with Ms. Hoa speaking fluent English. The Wi-Fi service was reliable and the beds were comfortable. Do note, however, that access to the rooms involves climbing a narrow staircase—75 steps to the fourth floor and 92 steps to the fifth. Between the two rooms we stayed in, Room 401 is more spacious than Room 501. Both are nice though with large balconies and a decent view.
