The location of this hotel is convenient in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. Good place makes a trip so much more enjoyable, this hotel has exceeded expectations No complaints about this hotel. I can’t think of any

Friendly staff. Accept early check in without any additional cost. Amazing location. Value for money. Faced some issues in the washbasin drain. Other than that everything perfect for the budget.

The bottled water and instant coffee were always plentiful in the room. 1. We had stayed there for 9 days and the room had been superficially cleaned twice but the bed sheets had never changed our entire stay. 2. There was an extreme ant problem in the suite. You couldn’t leave a coffee cup sitting over night because the next morning it would be completely covered in ants. 3. The are several very loud establishments near the hotel that were open till 5am. Their noise was so loud and would echo straight into our room. 4. The mattresses were so hard, we developed back pains.

They are accommodating, the staff helped me on my booking to sapa, they are also helpful. Good place to stay!

There's a smell in the room. Something like smoke. The towels were not too absorbent and looked old.

Our room smelled like artificial roses and we later realized it was in the bedding and towels. If you have any trouble with smells it will be difficult. Our room needed some remodeling and the bathroom floor and rug were soaked when we arrived. We had booked the hotel months before and we arrived at 10pm so shouldn’t have been cleaned in a hurry. The cups had water in them already, either from cleaning or previous use we were not sure so we didn’t use. We had trouble getting hot water multiple times even after letting the water heater heat up for 15-30 mins as advised. We got a transfer from the airport and it smelled of smoke. If this bothers you, book your own. We were near the busy part of old town which could be good if you like to stay up late and enjoy the night life but for me just made it hard to sleep. Overall we considered changing hotels and just eating the cost but ended up staying and just took fast showers and didn’t spend time in the room.

Location is the only positive

Staff were very helpful, they allowed me too keep my bags at reception outside check in days/times. Very lovely people, when I asked for advice regarding a particular activity I had planned they were very accommodating and helped me out. Quiet location whilst in the middle of Old Quarter. Walking distance to shops, food, markets and very easy to get a grab from the end of the alley. the alleyway road to the hotel isn't very suitcase friendly, but it would be the same with other hotels and not Art Hotel's fault

The room is spacious and clean. The stafs are friendly and helpful. The place is on walking street so we need to walk to main road to be picked up by taxi or bus.

I loved all the amenities included in the room such as the TV, PS4, spacious bathroom and all our needs were taken care of by the staff including breakfast. Aside from the small elevator, nothing else.

The elevator, while working, showed age and can only fit 6 people.

Friendly staff , great location , easy access to the night market and 7 min. Walk to the lake. Ming was really helpful and his English made things very easy. A special mention to the manager, Huwang I had lost my mobile phone and lent me his mobile to reschedule my international flight I spent 2 Hours on it used up his credit and did not charge me cent Thank you Huwang. The room 601 , top floor were spacious clean and a very comfortable big bed I loved the balcony it overlooked the rooftops of Hanoi. There is some fading live band music playing nearby but it doesn't last all night. There are great restaurants nearby just ask Ming I had a great meal at Ganh Ha Noi you must book otherwise you'll miss out. overall 9/10

Exceptional

Location, room size and Banh Mi breakfast. The shower door cannot close tightly. No regular room cleaning.

Cash payment allowed. Very closed to hanoi old city. Convenient. Nothing to complain for the price paid.

This is a terrific place. Absolutely loved the location, the property and balcony. Staff were extremely helpful All was terrific

The staff was friendly and ever ready to help. Special thanks to the elderly gentle man who went beyond his way to assist us.... highly recommended. At night the streets around are very happening and come alive with food,parties and people of all age. No issues
