I had a pleasant one-night stay at Queen Cafe Hotel & Pub in Hanoi. The location is very convenient, close to many attractions in the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city within a short time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful The room was quite small and didn’t have a window, which made it feel a bit uncomfortable. It’s fine for a short stay, but not ideal if you’re planning a longer visit.

My stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive and supportive throughout my entire visit, always staying in communication and making sure I had everything I needed. They were especially helpful with accommodating an early check-in, which made my arrival much more comfortable and stress-free. I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to assist. In addition, the hotel offered tour services, which I decided to use, and they turned out to be well-organized and enjoyable. It was very convenient to be able to arrange everything directly through them. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. Great location. Staff were friendly. Room is cleaned with waters provided daily. I liked it overall but I probably wouldn’t stay here again now that I know the area. It’s a nightlife hub in old town; not the hostels fault but it’s right in the thick of it so it’s noisy and hectic outside.

Location is fantastic, room was big and bed was soooo comfy. Best sleep we’ve had in weeks. Hot water on demand. Front desk was very friendly and helpful to book us a car to the airport! We were able to leave our bags all day after we checked out as well. Would recommend this spot :-)

The stairway going to our room was very stiff so bringing our luggage up the room was quite difficult.

The plus of this place is the staff, all very kind and attentive. Kudos especially to the manager, Bella, who has a knack for customers relations, always trying to combine the interest of the property and the needs of the customers (very good English, really helpful and down to earth, committed to the job, talk to her if you are in need). The hotel is what it is, a building nested in the old quarter without much oxygen, needing some refurbishment, starting from the rooms (needing fresh paint and plumbing care), which the owner should seriously consider.

The hotel is right smack in the center of the French Quarter and it is a double edged sword. While it is very convenient it can also be noisy at night when the bars in the surrounding area operates into the wee hours of the morning.

The hostel was very clean and the location was fantastic. There are lots of great restaurants and cafés nearby, and the area really comes alive at night. The staff were friendly and easy to chat with in English, which made the stay even better.

I was impressed by how easy it was to get here. From the airport, I took bus 86 straight into the city and within 7 minutes of walking, I had already arrived at the hotel. The location is very convenient — close enough to explore the city but tucked away just enough to feel calm.

For the price I paid, the value was incredible—several nights with breakfast included at such a reasonable rate. The breakfast itself was delicious and filling, with enough variety to keep it interesting each day.

The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable, which was exactly what I needed. Service overall was fine, not outstanding, but still enough for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was really good—I tried the chicken noodles and the fried rice with sausage, and I’d highly recommend the fried rice. One of the servers, a guy with light-colored hair, was so kind and cheerful. Every time he served the food, he said ‘enjoy,’ which made the experience feel very warm. It’s little touches like this that make a stay memorable
