Champton Hanoi Hotel

Hotel is older but is in the Old Quarter so expected. Right in the midfle of the hustle and bustle.

The staff was amazing especially Charlotte. This woman deserves to be promoted and train others. They were very sorry but there was construction in their lobby causing noise

Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the different variety of dishes, especially the pho. Took the connecting rooms. Rooms were clean and comfortable with good wifi connection.

Everything was good , and again for the second time the receptionist toni ( tuan ) was so helpful and so friendly and he make me more comfortable in this country and next time iam gonna book in this hotel for sure

Everytging was perfect. First and the most important thing is the receptionist “charlotte” , what an amazing person and beautiful soul , she is soo soo welcoming with a smile and she was very helpful when she knew that i had a problem with my flight and she offered solutions also for me , and she also gave me a good recommendations where to go and what to do aince its ny first time here in vietnam .. And also tony “ mr. Easy “ he is super nice and we talked and chatted alot . I will give the address of this hotel to everyone i know Nothing

Beautifully appointed, staff were attentive. Good spread for breakfast. Three teens fit reasonably well in triple room that contained two single beds and a comfortable rollaway was fit in (see pics). A bit noisy being on a busy road. The hotel supplies ear plugs. Great views from the bar and rooftop pool areas. Accessibility concerns for some: Breakfast room, pool and rooftop bar were not accessible by elevator. Basically, to get to dining room for breakfast, you had to go up a flight of stairs. And then again beyond that another flight for pool and rooftop bar. Not an issue if you are fit and well.

Staffs are really friendly and the location is perfect. A gentleman who works at the front desk was the most helpful and friendly person I’ve ever met in Vietnam.

The hotel is nice and clean, staff friendly...breakfast probably the best i have ever had in a hotel! In Vietnam in general you have to check if the room has a window, otherwise you stay in a small room without a window - in this hotel I didn't check while booking and ended up with a 'no window room' - not a biggie, the room was big enough and comfy! Another plus was the roof top bar, it was beautiful and the view was amazing. The water in the pool was not clear.

From the very first moment we walked through the doors, we didn’t feel like guests—we felt like we had come home. The warmth, the kindness, and the genuine care from every single member of the staff wrapped around us in a way that is so rare and so special. You didn’t just welcome us—you embraced us. Every part of our stay was filled with love and intention. The food was absolutely incredible—every meal felt like it was made with heart. The spa was peaceful and rejuvenating, the pool was beautiful, and our room was always spotless and comforting. The cleaning staff were beyond amazing—so kind, so attentive, and so proud of their work. It truly showed in every detail. But what touched us the deepest was your extraordinary kitchen team. Traveling with celiac disease can be stressful and scary at times, especially in a different country—but your cooks and wait staff went above and beyond in a way that brought us so much peace. The care, patience, and understanding they showed meant everything to us. They didn’t just accommodate—they truly protected and cared for us, and that kind of compassion is something we will never forget. And when it was time to leave… we cried. Sitting on that plane, leaving Vietnam, leaving Champton—it honestly broke our hearts. That’s how much this experience meant to us. That’s how much love we felt. Thank you for giving our family more than just a place to stay. You gave us comfort, joy, safety, and memories that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff are all absolutely incredible. From bell staff to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant staff. I feel like everyone has gone above and beyond. Charolette from the front desk is a gem. She has gone above and beyond in accommodating my extended stay. It has made my stay in Hanoi absolutely the best.

The staff are amazing. Very helpful and understanding. From top to bottom, everyone working there was friendly and inviting. Customer service goes above and beyond. Laundry service is awesome. Breakfast was amazing. The room was very nice. Located on a busy street but i enjoyed it since there were many different options to shop. N/a
