Reasonable size, a good suite that I could use the cook. Away from the street and there is no sign to the hotel unless you ask people.

The picture of the room for what I got is as you see in BOOKING.com, it does look fake but it isn't.I love a family of 5 away from the old quarters but close enough to get there. Love how much we had for my family. Love the set up and 2 bathrooms and the shower was good. Love the balcony they had. We had a working AC in both rooms That's a plus. There are enough restaurants in the area and 2 coffee shops right outside the hotel. The comfort of the bed was great for my family and it was not hard or soft. Staff: they need to work on enthusiasm with customers, they are too serious when trying to have conversation, more on the rude way. No it is not their culture The majority of Vietnamese are amazing just not the hotel staff. Room: They only do well communicate before and on the day you check in afterwards nothing. You can't even text whoever is available on duty to give you anything no actual answer.  I've asked for extra towels for one of my child since we are 5 and only provided us with 4 towels all I wanted was 1 more which it stated on the reservation. Asked for a sheet since the living room has a sofabed they just say straight no when it said it's a sofa bed I need sheets.  The Shower water will go cold on you there's a switch you need to turn on in order to get it hot , worked but the hot water will turn off at some point to cold. The kitchen and bedroom floor was dirty, no broom or mop to clean which I normally do when I get a room like I did.  No house cleaning I was there for 4 days. I only got 1 toilet paper on my second day only because of the towel I need for my daughter. Don't expect any, need to buy your own. No hand towels, toothpaste, toothbrush.

We were so impressed with how family-friendly this place was. The apartment was big, quiet, and very private. Our toddler loved the comfy sofa, and we loved how easy it was to check in and out. The staff even helped us store our bags.

Loved staying here! The studio felt very homey with its wooden furniture and thoughtful layout. We cooked simple meals, enjoyed cool air with both AC and a fan, and appreciated the daily drinking water. Quiet and close to West Lake.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! IN MY ALL LIFE, I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED SUCH WORST EXPERIENCE. THE FRONT DESK GUY, IS EXTREMELY RUDE , AS IF YOU COME TO STAY HERE FOR FREE. NO ROOM SERVICE, CLEANING. VERY PATHETIC, DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THIS LOCATION HAS MANY OTHER AMAZING PROPERTIES.

The place is very nice. I had a lot of problems when I was communicating on WhatsApp, but the reception was very cute and extended my stay

The room is good value for the money. It was clean but I was only offered one room cleaning during my 8 night stay. Staff is friendly but I didn't see them often. The location is very relaxed and not too far away from the hot spots with a taxi. There is a big mall nearby and plenty of cafés, a Circle K and some restaurants. The soundproofing from the room door to the elevator hallroom is almost nonexistent and the keycard pad on the door is very loud so you hear other guests coming in. And if they are loud and play music, you will hear that too. I also wish I was offered room cleaning more than once during my 8 night stay.

I don't like anything To bad service alot of things is not available like tea spoon forks knife and big spoons The tissue paper is to bad quality. No stuff after 10 pm thay don't have small tawels And if you need anything thay will let you tomorrow ?

The studio was comfortable and quiet, providing a restful environment. The staff were attentive and ensured a pleasant stay! Highly Recommend!

The property was great, the staff are really friendly and the room was super clean. It was really spacious and perfect for solo travelling - such good value for money. The only tiny issue I had was that the shower took a little while to drain but other than that, a perfect stay. The hotel is in such a great location too, with so many amenities on your doorstep.

The studio was perfect for my stay. It was spacious and had an area where you can relax and watch TV. There is a kitchen area but there is no soap for the washing. It is further out of the main hotspots in Hanoi but it is quiet and close to a Lotte Mall. Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend. As a solo traveller: the short walk (2 mins) down a side alley to get there but otherwise excellent location with lots of people around.
