The room is really spacious, we could relax well during our stay. We were not disturb by the noise in the streets during our stay in the room. There is no elevator and our room is in 4th floor. So it is quite difficult to move our luggage upstairs.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved that the room had a bath tub and balcony and was very spacious. The aircon worked great. The bathtub didn’t have a stopper so I couldn’t take a bath. The hot water ran out when tub was about 1/6th full. It also didn’t have a shower curtain to take a shower properly. The only lights were bright ceiling lights. The off switch far from the bed. It needed bedside lamp. As stated in other reviews, there was a lot of black on the walls, possible mold. It also needs slit of upkeep.

Good location. Pretty dreadful stay here. We had the dorm of 8 to ourselves (group of 7), while the hostel was cheap it was very poor. Paint coming off all the walls and aircon was very poor. Biggest issue was with security, we were only given one key for the dorm and the door was a real hassle to lock. We lost water one day and while the staff fixed it, they left the door to our room completely wide open throughout the day. Staff were also very unhelpful.

Nothing I booked from booking.com, went on location, staff was sleeping at 6:45 am No problem we understand it's too early, but we tried to wake them up They didn't We waited for 45 min After 45 min one of them wokeup and said rooms and not available We had to move to other location

The sheets weren't clean. We found a bug in the bathroom and the room was on the stairs so it was very noisy

The location was good as it was in the bustling area of Old Quarter. The usual tourist spots were easily accessible by foot or via Grab. The room was spacious enough for 7 people. We were able to check in early by paying a little extra. There were no elevators. It wasn't easy to carry our bags to our room on the third floor but the staff were kind enough to bring our luggage to our floor. The bathroom was okay. The bath tub was a little bit dirty and rusty. Bath towels were not provided.
