The level of filth here is staggering. I found human hair scattered around the floor and even inside the trash can. Speaking of the trash can, the lid was covered in what appeared to be mold and grime—an item that should be sanitized daily was visibly encrusted with filth. The walls throughout the room are a graveyard of scuffs, dirt, and mystery stains that look like they haven’t seen a sponge in years. I have never stayed in a hotel that felt so fundamentally "unclean." This property is being marketed as a 4-star experience, but the reality is a masterclass in neglect, deception, and poor hygiene. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the promotional photos are a complete work of fiction. The level of filth here is staggering. The walls throughout the room are a graveyard of scuffs, dirt, and mystery stains that look like they haven’t seen a sponge in years. The bathroom is beyond outdated; it is a health code violation. There is visible mold spreading across the ceiling and the wooden slats above the shower. To make matters worse, the sink was severely cracked, and the plumbing fixtures are rusted and poorly maintained. I felt grossed out just standing in the shower. This hotel is a lie. They advertise 4-star amenities, including a bar, which does not exist. The images provided online are clearly manipulated or from a different decade. There is no luxury here—only peeling paint, cracked porcelain, and stained furniture.

We stayed at 805 Haibay Suite room. It was a perfect room. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice and clean. It has balcony and you can see the city. We love it. Breakfast is good. Kai is very helpful and always be ready to help if you need. Nothing

We stay at room 801 King Deluxe room (8th floor). It is back of the hotel. The room itself is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a big bathroom. On the day we stayed, we smelt some kind of rotten garbage smell. It might be coming from the floor above (9th floor) where they serve breakfast. We smelt it along the 8th floor hallway. Not sure whether or not it has smell on the other floor. The toilet seat need to be fixed. It is out of alignment. The only worse thing for us is rotten garbage smell.

Very good location, excellent staff,especially Cherry on reception. She was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner in the second bedroom didn’t work well. Very hot room. The staff brought portable fans to our room to fix the problem.

Location We were woken up at 7am with drilling and building works going on. It actually sounded like they were in our room and drilling through our walls. Breakfast was awful. There were flies on the fruit, the toaster didn’t work, neither did the coffee machine (which looked dirty and disgusting. And the food just looked like it had been in the pot for weeks. We didn’t have it and went to a cafe for breakfast.

The hotel was honestly beautiful for such a prime location and value for money. The photos are on point. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. We didn't like the shower over the bath but a very small dislike, we loved the room!

The room was a lot better after getting an upgrade from the King Room with a description that said window with a view. The view looks into another building so I definitely wouldn't call it a view. The noise from the street.

Location. Staff could not understand English very well at all, therefore not helpful. Room was very small with 1x window onto an old elevator shaft. This was very noisy. Not a pleasant stay.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed AC felt like it was not clean, breakfast had very limited choice of food, room with city view was in fact room with a view to some metal construction with very little visibility of a city,
