The owner is very welcome and supper nice, make you feel at home. He is also very friendly to help you if you may have any special requests. Really nice experience and we book here because it was highly recommended by my friend. Great location in the city center, inside the local market to be specific, and surrounded by multiple shops and restaurants. Nothing particularly for this price to be honest. If you’re light sleeper then it will be noisy in the morning because it’s inside the local market.

Great location on the edge of the old quarter. Colourful area of town with minimal noise from outside. No elevator. Walk up steep staircase to my room on the top floor. Everything is dated, low water pressure and bed wasn’t comfortable.

The receptionist was so friendly and so supportive. He was such a gentleman man. You feel welcomed always. The location was just a little too inside. But overall a wonderful experience. The receptionist will always be your help..

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Location is between local market. With bad smell around while walking around.

Tien is the best! He helped us with every tour and every possible arrangement. He was also available anytime and he's very kind and caring. Awesome host! Whatever service needed we just needed to ask him! Can't ask for more. During our stay we also came back because of that. Rooms are cozy and not noisy at night. Ve ry clean, a/c in the room and everything works perfectly!

Great location , everything you could ask for from a budget hotel. Really appreciated the coffee in the foyer as we waited for our transport. Mr Tien was very welcoming. Nothing personally, but maybe others might find the steep stairs a challenge with heavy luggage. You could hear the street sounds at night till about midday - happy sounds , I liked it but some might not.

Tien and his wife are very friendly and helpful people! The hotel is perfectly located in the old town, close to Long Bien Station. Rooms are big, clean and silent, shower nicely warm :) Thank you for a perfect stay in Hanoi. Hope to return to you one day.

Good location with a busy street market outside, but quiet at night. Very comfortable beds. Lots of help from Tien for booking transport, trips, etc. Being in the old quarter the hotel is quirky and not full of mod cons which we liked but might not suit some people Nothing
