The locations is great, and the first impression of the reception area was good. The room was worn out and not very clean at all. Toilet did not flush and the bathroom overall definitely had seen better days. The walls were also paper-thin which made sleep almost impossible (even with earplugs) when a neighboring room arrived late. Just hearing them opening and closing the bathroom door cut through my plugs like a rusty old saw. On top of that, having no windows and fairly well hidden emergency staircase (behind a painted door flush with the wall) this just feels like a disaster waiting to happen. How this have such a good reviews is beyond all of us, especially as there is plenty of other much better alternatives nearby at a very similar price.

The facilities were great, and the staff was super accommodating! It was everything I needed, The room and bathroom room is really clean and comfortable. We asked for a room that is far from the noisy busy street and was given a really quiet room located at the back, Breakfast was very good No thing

The rooms are comfortable, but some rooms has not window, even the rooms with window are closed with a wall sticker so it’s not possible to see outside or open. The staff was helpfull. Breakfast included crambled eggs, kind of crepes with fruits. It’s only a few steps to the train street and walking distance to all other attractions.

The location is perfect, close to main touristic sites. A big plus for nicely decorated rooms. The breakfast is served to table and tasty. The staff was helpful and attentive. Highly recommended! The room was kind of dark and could definitely use better cleaning.

Absolutely nothing. There was no electricity supply for hours! We couldn't sleep in peace, we couldn't charge our phones, we couldn't take showers. Nothing had backup.

I was really delighted to have chosen the Calido Hotel, down a side street in the old town, away from the hoards of mopeds. It was quiet, comfortable with stylish decor. I was surprised to hear they are renovating later in the year!! Justin and Ly were incredibly friendly and helpful and the WhatsApp contact prior to arrival was very welcome! Thank you so much for making my stay so airbus, with the restaurant recommendations and letting me into my room early after a long flight. They are a credit to the hotel. I'm only sad I only had one night there, but I will definitely be back and recommend wholeheartedly!! I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't have any, but from what I noticed, it all looked freshly cooked. A gem of a place ❤️ I can't fault anything. Wonderful experience!

location is really nice Be careful when booking - some rooms have no windows, they are very stuffy, the air conditioning does not work, or is too loud. There is no soundproofing - I heard snoring in the next room, not to mention screams in the corridor. On the second day of stay, repairs began in the next room, and they drilled, for example, from 7:58 in the morning, while the staff simply apologized, but the drilling continued
