Great location right across from train street. The staff are incredible, so helpful. We had booked for one night but extended our stay for an extra 2 nights. The rooms are big, clean and comfy. Breakfast was simple but tasty. We had laundry done here too, which was great. Good wifi, hot showers, fridge in room and quiet most of the time. We will book again the next time we are in Hanoi. Everything was great

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel (The first one was in 2024). I am always looking for hotels with good price and CLEAN (since I hate insects and I could die if I see a rat). That’s why this is my safe option when visiting Hanoi. The breakfast is great, the hotel is a little dated but I don’t mind that since it is clean, has HOT WATER, good wifi, plus the staff is great. They always let us leave the luggage on our check out day. The hotel is near train street and a great option for travelers who want the basics completely covered without minding the aesthetics that much. I knew everything already (since I stayed here before) but it is important to mention: the showers (not the best, but not the worst), the room has no windows, the water stays hot just for a couple minutes (so if you are like me and enjoy a great 15 minute shower with hot water you will need to turn it off while you shampoo, shave or put on soap… that anyways is the responsible thing to do) and wait a few minutes between each shower). Again, I already knew all these before staying here the second time and I would stay here again the next time I visit Hanoi.

We had a very spacious room which was nice for our week in Hanoi. The staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. We especially enjoyed the location near the train street cafe. Unfortunately, the train wasn’t working due to repairs but the location was with walking distance of most most attractions.

Perfect hotel right in the heart of Old Quarter. Some rooms have view to the Train street. Very good breakfast, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms Nothing

Phuoc and the rest of team were exceptional. The water pressure in the bathroom: it took us awhile to feel like we showered. We heard children yelling at different times of the day but we never saw one? Breakfast: it was nice that it was free but it was not really to my liking. The tea and coffee were in thermos yet both were already room temperature and we were downstairs at 7 AM. Please make sure to add the Hotel's phone# in WhatsApp and communicate with them, especially when staying out late. You will need to be let in: doors get locked at a certain time in at night. It is a good thing: safety always comes first.

Great place, the staff will make everything possible to make sure you're confortable and happy. bedding is amazing and rooms are clean. breakfast is delicious and made for you in the minute. you're also really close to the main attractions.

Good location opposite Train Street and close to many attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Large and comfortable room with plenty of space for 3 of us (Netflix was a bonus!). Balcony overlooking the street was also a plus, great to watch the trains from. Fresh bottled water in the room every day. Breakfast was a small buffet but had everything we wanted, as well as eggs cooked to order. Great for a short stay, and good value. Nothing really! There is no hotel bar but we ordered drinks on Grab which was fine. You need to let them know if you want the room cleaning (we forgot to put the sign on the door one day and our room wasn't cleaned).
